Started by Doug Hope with the Parksville Spring Home Show in 1986, Evergreen Exhibitions Ltd. is now British Columbia's No.1 show producer with 20 annual events. We have now produced over 350 successful shows.
Our shows have become an integral part of the provinces yearly business activities, with millions of dollars generated by our show's exhibiting business partners.
We always strive for the best possible exhibitor mix to provide the visiting public with the most interesting show of the year. Combined with informative seminars and free admission in the smaller markets, this has proven a recipe for success. We are constantly conducting market surveys, to stay on the leading edge of industry trends. Doug remains in charge of all company advertising & event scheduling.
Don Whitman - Operations Manager
Don has been with Evergreen Exhibitions since 1999 and brings 25 years of business experience to the company. Don studied business at the University of Calgary before managing in the Food and Beverage industry for 11 years. He managed at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar as well as at Grouse Mountain until 1988 when he started his own construction company. Don is Operations Manager & Director of Vancouver Island Events.
Sue Miller - Administrative Manager
Sue has been with Evergreen Exhibitions since 1999 after working for 20 years in the Hospitality Industry. Sue spent many years in management with Harbour Towers and Chateau Victoria Hotels in Victoria BC. After having her son, Sue and family moved back to Parksville in 1994 and worked as Front Office Manager at the newly opened Holiday Inn for 5 years. Sue is in charge of all office and administrative operations.
